Long ago, when things we're gettin' to me
I threw down my sword and I turned away and ran.
I ran for miles, until I, realized there was no place to run to
To find shelter from my soul.

So I found an open field of grass and I meditated on my situation
You know I waited for a sign.
An eagle came unto me, spread his wings across the sky
And with his wings so did the truth unfold.
